Singing ‘Wind Beneath My Wings’ with Keith Lemon!

Last night, Nicola appeared on a new E4 comedy show called The Holden Girls: Mandy & Myrtle.

The show is a sketch series with Amanda Holden and Keith Lemon dressed up as ‘Mandy’s nan’, as she promotes her album.

The story line is that Nicola was appearing on Sunday Brunch to sing ‘ Wind Beneath My Wings’ with Amanda on live TV, to promote the album. Amanda gets stuck in traffic, and Nicola refuses to sing a solo as she doesn’t know the full song. Not wanting to disappoint viewers, the nan steps in Amanda’s place to sing with Nicola!

Remember this is Keith Lemon dressed up!! 🤣

One week on from Sarah Harding’s death, Nicola posted a lovely caption on her Instagram.

The week has been a blur. Waves of disbelief and realisation as we navigate through this. I wanted to show appreciation for the lovely tributes to Sarah and outpour of love we have received. Also, acknowledgment for how Sarah’s passing has affected many people who are fighting this cruel disease. My heart is with you. Here is sarah in her element with the artic monkey boys at the NME awards. A habitat more natural for her than any glitzy party. The most Rock & Roll in the room. Showing the indie boys how it’s done. x
